Safe Dieting for Teens contains honest, nonjudgmental information that teens can easily understand and follow. Dr. Linda Ojeda shares the knowledge that she has gathered from years of working with overweight teens, as well as from personal weight issues she faced as an adolescent. She shows the downside of diets that go too far, the best times to eat so you don’t gain weight, and how to be more active and feel good about yourself. Also included, is a simple calorie counter and information about eating disorders.
