(Harper Entertainment, 2008, 107 pages, $12.95)
This slight volume is sure to bring back fond memories to those of us who have enjoyed the romantic blockbusters over the years. Not only does it include the dialogue leading up to these famous kisses, but it also has photos of the actual kiss, snapshots of the stars and a little background information on the plot line. Beginning with the earliest film, “Love Me Tonight” (1932), the author takes us up to 2004 with “Facing Windows” and includes the unforgettable scenes with Vivien Leigh and Clark Gable in “Gone With the Wind” and Deborah Kerr and Burt Lancaster in “From Here to Eternity.”
