Having trouble finding a good read? Have I got the book for you. If you haven’t heard of Nancy Pearl, you are in for a treat. She is the person behind the celebrated Librarian Action Figure. Having worked as a librarian and bookseller in Detroit, Tulsa, and Seattle, Pearl's knowledge of and love for books is unmatched. The book organizes titles by subjects within three age groups - youngest readers, middle grade and teen. Her suggestions are timely and well annotated. She has also written, Book Lust : Recommended Reading for every Mood, Moment, and Reason, for adult readers.
