Blind Submission by Debra Ginsberg

Blind Submission, by Debra Ginsberg, reviewed by Brenda Rodammer, Hoyt Library
(Shaye Areheart Books, 2006, 336 pages, $23.95)

After losing her job as a manager at Blue Moon Books, Angel Robinson goes to work as an Administrative Assistant at the Lucy Fiamma Literary Agency. Things start off well as she finds her niche and talent in editing manuscripts that flow into the agency daily. Then she receives an anonymous submission that seems to be replicated after her own life. As she receives more submissions of this manuscript she is certain that someone very close to her is taunting her, but whom? This book is very much like The Devil Wears Prada, only it uses the literary world as its backdrop instead of the fashion world. Very fast and funny read. You won’t be disappointed!
